This drawing of the September 2014 Tumwater Fire (Mouth of Tumwater Canyon) Leavenworth, WA. is a 19” x 25”, powdered graphite and sepia on colored paper. I wanted to capture the elusiveness and life of the fire… the beauty yet ugliness.
