Remodel of my "studio" area

Well, it is taking WAY longer than I expected...but I am remodeling the area I have been working in to make it more user friendly. Drywall, lights, outlets, so I have gotten to a point that I can start to draw and paint again! It looks way better than this photo shows and have gotten a lot farther along with the drywall too! I have to cut back on my "drawing a week" a little bit but I intend to draw as frequently as I can!
